1. I am aware of the Origin BI Mindworks assessment tool and its application in supporting behavioral clarity assessments for students and early-career professionals.

2. I find the tool useful in evaluating candidates, including for pre-screening, role alignment, and candidate-fit analysis.

3. I understand that the platform generates: - A Behavioral Clarity Report for each individual assessed. - A unique Origin BI Clarity ID that provides structured insights to assist HR shortlisting and evaluation.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.

4. I agree that any data shared by Origin BI Mindworks will be: - Used solely for hiring-related decision-making. - Handled in compliance with GDPR and applicable Indian data protection laws. - Not used for resale, profiling, or any non-HR purpose.
